Sensible Drinking
The alcohol content of a drink is measured in "standard drink".
Each standard drink contains 10g of pure alcohol.
For men, the safe drinking level is no more than 2 standard drinks a day.
For women, the safe drinking level is no more than 1 standard drink a day.
